Good job mate an excellent bit of tucker. Our "muddy", has to be a minimum 150 mm across the shell to keep, so you can imagine the size of the "popsicles" (claws). We call those "fish" mudskippers here ( Aussie), I'm not sure on real name but Gobi rings a bell, could well be wrong. Always enjoy your content. Thanks

I’ve kept mudskippers. They are very tame and will eat out of your hands readily and can get quite large. They are awesome critters but getting harder to find in the aquarium trade.

The fish are called mudskippers in english. Our grandma used to live near a mangrove delta, we used to terrorize them as kids, getting muddy in the swamps.

Mudskippers. The pine is the Cassowary pine. These are found Taiwan down to Queensland. I have a home in Hong Kong and planted a few from a nearby beach in my garden. They like salty earth mostly. Crab looks great. Beats Cromer.

That fish on land is a mudskipper. It loves to hp around when the tide goes off. They are edible in large quantities due to their size, in South east Asia and china, but they taste muddy. To remove their muddy taste, they need to be kept alive in a tank of water without much sediment. a few days is good enough.

The Orange stuff is called Tomale Spanish. like Chile today in Hot Tamale that's how it's pronounced. now you generally don't wanna eat that in the modern era because that's where radioactivity and toxins like Mercury and other stuff tend to get collected in crustaceans so you don't wanna eat it even though it tastes great.

Old tip for removing rust from a blade. Spit on the rust and sprinkle wood ash from your campfire on it . The wood ash is slightly abrasive and contains lye which will neutralize the rust. Just rub the mixture with your finger or a piece of cloth to remove surface rust easily 👍
