I understand completely about needing less and less when deciding to live with less. Now I rarely buy anything new or used because I don't know how I'm going to feel about it once I get home. Then it's either a trip back to the store to return it or find a place to donate it. So figuring out all this in the store as I reach for something, has saved me countless of dollars and will continue to save me money throughout my life now, considering that I know I will never "want" things again just to have them. A thing must have function and form and for me at least, something I can be around.

Same, I've never fit in. My family struggles with mental health also. Good for you that you decided to go for it!❤

Every time you completely drain your lead acid batteries you shorten their life. You shouldn't let them drop below 50%. So the first thing I would do is replace them with a couple Lithiums. They are actually cheaper than the AGM batteries you have now. Power Queen and Redodo are 2 brands that have good reviews. Next would be more solar panels. Check to see how big your solar charge controller is. You may need to buy a larger one. Your van already has an alternator. What you need is a DC to DC charger that will hook up to your van's battery. Your alternator will charge the van's battery first and then charge the house batteries in the back.

My sweet girl eats raw and it is the best thing I’ve ever done. It’s more work but so much healthier for them. Just make sure you know what foods they can’t have but I do mostly beef hearts, ground beef, chicken, turkey with oatmeal, sweet potatoes, rice, blueberries, carrots, kale, spinach, pumpkin. Not all of that together, but different mixes of it. Then I make her frozen treats with yogurt, coconut milk, and mixed fruits. Just make sure to get all their nutrients in, but I will never go back to regular dog food.

Such a real telling of your journey to get to where you are now. Peer pressure from other college graduates to get on their slave treadmill would have been huge. Good on you being brave and going for what is best for you. A Travel Burkey for water would be perfect for you and yr dog. Yr mobile home is BEAUTIFUL

@@Saint_Medusa just an opinion buddy no need to be so defensive. Not saying I’m against sprinters or rv’s. Yes people are easily triggered these days and I don’t have problem if they feel the need to critique.

I don't understand having no bathroom or shower

She has an outdoor shower. Bathroom is easy.
@jayt48359 ай бұрын
No shower and no bathroom means you’re living out of a car / homeless. There’s literally no difference. If you can’t clean yourself AND feed yourself AND relieve yourself then you don’t actually have a home, just a car you’re living in.

I’m nobody special but you can project more confidence and probably notice some changes if you can learn to stop pitching your voice up high (of the last word said) when ended your statements. It gives the impression you’re not sure you said the right thing thus raises doubt. Someone may find this statement petty but if you’re an orator, voice over cast member, audio book narrator, public speaker, announcer…etc. This is something that is asked to be corrected.

Please explain I’m looking into buying a van and exploring different brands, maybe you can give me some advice if you don’t mind, I’m also exploring into trucks because I like off roading camping far away from crowds. At present I have a SUV and I solo tent camp, I’m not nor will I be a full time but definitely for several months out of the year. Any advice will be greatly appreciated.
@Leafgreen19769 ай бұрын
@@carmenmartinez2882 I don't know your situation so its hard to give advice but, Dodge are the worst auto manufacturer out there. Bad quality all around. if it was me I'd buy something pre 2003 that every mechanic knows how to work on. You can buy an engine or transmission for those vehicles for much less than anything late model. I wish Toyota made transit vans because they'd own the market. Speaking of Toyota, they're the only truck I'd buy.

@@Leafgreen1976 yeah, my son is a Toyota man, lol, he owns one and loves it. Thanks so much, I think I’ll go in that direction.
