Look, I'm a short guy, but i feel so comfort sitting low, but in the gigs normally the chair setup is high, that ruined most of the "feeling " in my playing, sometimes i feel anxious or nervous, but whe i go home and practice the next day everything is ok, what do you recommend? keep sitting low or practice on more high chairs? (no , I can't carry my chair to the gigs).

I'd adjust the throne height for you and your drumming. Find what's comfortable with you and try to get the other drum thrones in that ballpark.

Speaking of cleaning pedals, don't make the mistake I made using WD-40! It works for a little while, until things get grindy and coarse because the WD-40 displaced all of the actual lubricant. Use a damp rag, "3-in-1" (a cleansing lubricant) and then apply some white lithium grease spray before reassembling. Of course, check with pedal manufacturer's cleaning recommendations first before doing anything.

very weird timing with me seeing this video - I've been struggling with twitches lately and having trouble with extended double kick runs that never gave me problems in the past. It's almost as if I need to teach myself certain things again, which has been very discouraging. I think a lot of it is a mental game at this point. thanks for the tips here!

Whassup Cameron?! I tend to twitch when I lean forward too far, usually happens when I'm tired. I have endurance issues, but that correctable. Dude, when are you gonna do another live stream??
