Solved blown Brake/Stop Light Fuse issue/short(& cruise control) on Chev Express 3500!

For years our Chevrolet Express 3500 had an intermittent Electrical Short that blew the Brake Light ("Stop Lamp") fuse. It was so intermittent that I would replace the fuse and it was fine from months to over a year which made it very hard to know what caused it, and it was just a nuisance (but we did get to meet a few different police officers who stopped us to tell us the brake lights didn't work).
That fuse also overlaps with the cruise control, and eventually we realized that if the cruise control didn't work, then we knew the fuse had blown again. Eventually it got so bad that every single time we hit the brake the fuse would blow...of course that's what made it easier to diagnose it and solve it.

I'm sorry if I'm not understanding the question, but are you asking about the name in the fuse box, which is "Stop lamp" (mentioned at 0.22)? If you're asking about an actual harness name to replace a harness, I didn't have to look at it or work on that and unfortunately I don't know what that's named...hopefully another viewer will see this and be able to help.
