Thank you! I did the magnificent first movement (baby/toddler body joy/wisdom, ty!) and pose -- transformative (and then had to rest already!). What I found was that door 'opening' could only happen if I waited and 'listened' for the hinge to present itself also.. e.g., suddenly my elbows gently bore down and stuff released open. For me and maybe all of us to some extent, the 'hinges' can feel out of awareness.

I really do appreciate how you educate us during our practice. Would you be open to creating videos that allow more room to explore our bodies with breathing and stillness? That allows our bodies to do the talking.
