What are the rules for blizzards? Is it explicitly no Siam and no Indonesia? And then preventing the trio of Greenland/Iceland AND Brazil/North Africa AND Kamchatka/Alaska ? Are there specific rules?

Blizzards can never fully cut-off a section of the board. So for instance you couldn't have the blizzard in indonesia because that would lock away those troops in australia.

Blizzard can't permanently separate two parts of the map. You never see and Indonesia or Siam Blizzard unless there is entry via a stable portal.

The game doesn't seem to have balanced rolls for me. Coming from a country with low ping count and unstable connection, it seems that my rolls are as good as the undead bots. I consistently lost 60 vs 40, 50 vs 30, 15 vs 9, 10 vs 6, 100 vs 60, and many more. And this is just in two days time. I feel like I've done everything right, but in the end I lost due to bad luck. This happens four games in a row, sometimes 3 games in a row. In one manual setup fog game, I've even guessed where the opponents would claim and was able to start with two continent bonus. I started with +15, but in the end I lost due to bad rolls. Or bots randomly attacking me.

10v5 is 100% roll on a normal territory. 9v5 on a capital territory isn't all that good odds and then you still need enough troops to hold both caps.
