I do think Superstar Saga + Bowser's Minions is better than the original but even that has a tacked on new mode) Dream Team was bloated and while I haven't played Paper Jam it looks like the textbook definition of playing it safe. And DON'T GET ME STARTED ON THE 3DS VERSION OF BOWSER'S INSIDE STORY! That was a downgrade in pretty much every regard IMHO.

@@alfo2804 It just looks to me like someone who doesn't know about this and hates Nintendo's online infrastructure found a random fact tweet and thought that it was perfect to show how bad NSO is... Despite having no relation at all. Again, Windows 10 has references to MSDOS, should people say that Microsoft doesn't have any idea about how to do operating systems? Ugh... The main reason why Nintendo's online suck is because their Netcode is a rollback one (probably because it's easier to program) meaning that if one person has a bad connection, it will affect everyone still. Maybe it's not the whole story but it's a better explanantion than "it references Windows 95!1!1 LOL!". Nintendo does plenty of stuff wrong but it would be nice if people critize them for those things in particular instead of making up random scenarios or using unrelated facts.

By adding in all of these legacy support parts it allows for people to use Programs and Hardware that were made for older OS Generations and be recognized by both without any finagling. If you were using a Fax machine that only recognizes Windows 98, it can still be used with a Windows 10 machine thanks to Legacy support.

I know i'm 3 years late on this but one change that 3D World+ Bowser's Fury makes is that collectibles are saved as soon as you pick them up, so that if you die after getting a Green Star, or the Stamp, you no longer have to try to recollect that item unless you get a game over or quit the level

I would love a 3D World sequel to be done by Toys For Bob (Crash 4 devs), heck regardless of developer, I’d love more Powerups to be added like the Ice Flower or an Electricity based powerup. Heck maybe stick to the world themes but play around with them like a level in the Grass world that takes place in a small forest, the underwater level being set in a lake, a desert world having an oasis level and a wild west level, the beach world having a pirate ship level and a harbor level, the mountain world having a snow level and waterfall level, etc.

On the subject of amiibos, the Smash Bros. series Bowser and Bowser Jr. figures have been reissued and are easy to obtain. I saw them at my local GameStop on the day the game came out.

I sorely wish there was a completion/new game plus bonus in Bowser's Fury to play as the other characters from the main game. Luigi's higher jump and slippery traction would be much more significant in a structured single-player experience. Toad's short jump would leave him more reliant on the cat suit for vertical movement in exchange for the faster movement making 50-shine runs a breeze. Rosalina and Peach both have their special jumps to make for a completely different experience. Bowser's Fury being such a short game means it relies on replayability to be really memorable - having five characters to work with would definitely accomplish that and then some.
