I have one of these from a different source. The case is kind of rubbery instead of this one here look more like hard plastic? The reset hole location is slightly different and right on the seam of the case instead of completely on one of the halves. I used a paper clip to fish around inside and did not have the feel of actually hitting a button. There was a report that the reset hole was mislocated for this model. Did you have problem finding the button through the hole?

Salam Soran, I received my MK808B 3 days ago, and I could add arabic on it no problems.... I have some movies with arabic subtitles (on separate files), I'll run them and see if it works, and I'll let you know...
