If you look at KZbin's response to The Act Man they essentially state they wouldn't ban QTV due to the fact he's been deleting all the evidence (even though we sent them all the evidence and the wayback machine shows the proof) and that could have been a way to get his old channel reinstated. The thing that really keeps annoying me more and more is just how random the rules are. Certain channels, especially when it's more traditional media that decided to put some of their content onto KZbin, seem to have a pass to do whatever they want. The insane amount of censoring many creators have to do because it may or may not get them demonetized or worse their video taken down just doesn't apply to certain channels. It feels like a weird constant state of paranoia where at anytime something that never was an issues could get you in trouble. It also really affects the content when to talk about a serious issue creators have to constantly use alternative words to describe something. I'm still not fully over the reason why they took down Max's video when there's so much worse stuff that they just refuse to remove.
