I enjoyed this man. I built a mustang with my engineer friend and learned so much from him. This took me back after a stressful ass day. Grounded me right out and put me back there. It was cold as ice the winter of 2011 when we built it. One day the throttle stuck on me doing 100 but I miss those days very much. You obviously have serious skills. Really love the ride, and how it sounds when you open it up! Keep up the good work.

It takes alot of power to spin that blower putting alot of side loading on the crank and pulley and that pulley is way out there creating alot of leverage on the mains. Consider that.

@classicman5180 I'll be waiting with anticipation! Are you gonna dyno the engine when you get it finished? Or just a refreshing, with the same parts inside. Same pistons and compression ratio plus a little cleaning up on the porting for intake runners, gasket matching, etc?? Don't forget the high zinc break-in oil for the first few oil changes! It cost me an engine once, because I didn't know that the oil had changed, it had been 20 years since I had rebuilt an engine at that point. The good news is it was just my wife's rotoriller engine, so it was a relatively inexpensive lesson, in comparison to a hot rod vehicle powerplant! I always get an accurate gold scale ⚖️ and balance my pistons and rod weights also...from Wyoming USA 🇺🇸 👋🤠

Your oil pump might’ve broke off because you didn’t use a torque wrench. I highly suggest getting a torque wrench in finding out the specs on all the bolts for that engine.. or go with general spec for that part some parts require lock tite but seriously get a torque wrench……!!!!!!….

I would recommend to look into Alkycontrol methanol injection system...i run them on both of my cars it helps with detonation when running a lot of boost on 93 pump gas...It only spray when it hit a certain boost...Good content

I would atleast let the machine shop do bottom end with better bearing for better bearing lubrication . then i would upgrade oil pump and do holley fuel pump kit that way the motor stays happy. Might as well check ignition system and fuel pressure regular too. Just in case .

A buddy of mine used to run AV gas it is 100 octane aviation fuel a lot cheaper than race. Gas smells good too. You do have to jet accordingly. It is a slower and hotter. Burning fuel and it’s leaded.

When you take it apart, go slow. Don't just thrash and hurry to get it out. Do it this way and it goes back together faster and you will know how things go back together. Put bolts in bags and mark it. Like intake bolts, etc...
