Usually if you see this it means the brakes gave out on the 18 Wheeler and it’s only choice is to run off the road and risk their live instead of potentially causing a wreck, that’s why most 18 wheeler wrecks are in the median (ditch between highway roads) they MUST swerve in order to not put people at risk since they have way smaller vehicles than the truck 😊 Hope I helped (btw I am not saying that that IS what happened, I don’t know what is happening in that situation, I’m just giving a explanation of why something like this would happen) 😀
