Hope this will be a good year for Shabani’s family. But is there still no word of Nene? She was spirited away and the zoo provided no updates since that time. I fear she has passed away. But I hope Annie gets a mate and Kiyomasa his own space, preferably with a bachelor group.

@@ForestGirlTeresa I think Nene has a zoo anniversary or birthday recognition coming up soon (January, I think). Maybe they'll acknowledge her by posting a video or picture of her. But they did say they'd give us an update before the end of the year and they didn't.
