If the club had not pressured staff and volunteers in their work environment to make these phone calls, these people wouldn't make these phone calls to their loved ones. That's the reality. NCFC.......stap.

If anything the world has shown the correct phrase should be “woman up”… But either way it is people like you, with ignorant attitudes, that are part of the reason why mental health support is so needed atm. I advise you to either go back to school and listen to your teachers or stay away from the public as all you do with this attitude is bring negativity to other peoples lives.
