Hi Charlie I agree with John. Harry had proven himself mate he loyal reliable and a grafter and you can see he wants to learn the trade and become a brick layer. Get him on the trowel and teach him. Amy to me her heart ain’t init no disrespect or anything like that but you can clearly see in the videos just by the body language and if it’s a drop of rain doesn’t want to be there plus studying at Uni stayed at home to catch up nothing wrong in that at all but you got to be honest with yourself in what you want to do for a carrier and Charlie please don’t take this the wrong way I mean no disrespect at all mate but Amy does not want to be a brick layer just the body language and work ethic says it all. Grab a rose mate proper good trowel, started off with a marshalltown and you can feel the difference. The rose is very light and cuts nicely, look on speedcrete which is where I got mine from👍🏻
