This episode shows village Mithbav in our Devgad tourism series. This is showing the beautiful Mithbav beach, Gajabadevi temple, MTDC resort in Mithbav, and Rameshwar Temple in Mithbav. Mithbav beach is located in Devgad Taluka at Mithbav village. It is a white sand beach with a clear blue sea. Mithbav beach is considered to be the best beach for swimming. It is also known for its beautiful scenery. The Maharashtra Tourism Development Corporation (MTDC) plans to turn Sindhudurg’s Mithbav beach into a tourist spot. The tourist spot will be developed with a dam for water supply, resorts, business and convention centres, basic amenities as well, and a golf course
MTDC will invest INR 22 crore to build resorts and provide road infrastructure. The other tourist development will be undertaken on public-private partnerships and be based on a revenue-sharing model.
“Private players have not explored Mithbav yet. Once MTDC develops the place, private players will trickle in and further develop the infrastructure here, like in the case of Tarkarli". Sri Gajabadevi temple is situated at Mithbav Tambaldeg, on the beautiful seashore. The temple is magnificent. There is a big arch in front of the temple and situated Dandagaidevi temple and an old tree of Udumbara. 18th May every year, the Satyanarayana Mahapuja and Navaratra festival has been done. The beautiful seashore, sunset, blue colors of the sea can be seen from the temple. This is a very attractive place for tourists. Subscribe to my channel - Somnath Nagawade

It's my native place, I am so nostalgic! One correction though: the mandir is गजबा देवी, not गजाबा देवी. A half an hour walk along the beach from this temple culminates into a confluence of Mithbav khadi (Annapoorna river) into the Arabian sea. It is a stunning place with dreamy view!

D Beach is called Tambaldeg beach & what we know is Don't go Swimming as water's extremely deep & has Strong currents n Rifts.
