From what I've seen, (yes from google correct me if I'm wrong) a hamlet is a small village, a leveret is a hare in the first year of it's life and to reave is to basically take. 00:06 So from what I assume the scarecrow is most likely Storyteller, the hen I think is the Croon? and the leveret.. Cole? Are there any other hares? 00:17 So the Croon flees from what I assume is this hamlet to get its mother.. (it being I assume the same it the mother talks about in the next line) and promised someone to take a life.. (same it again I'm assuming) Not sure what "to make way for another" means Also are those hares and a moose running away from foxes/wolves or smth like that in the back or am I seeing things? 00:27 So the Croon.. has to take this mother's child (who I'm assuming is Cole?.. because hare?) because she wants it to be taken..? But it wasn't 00:40 This part is pretty straightforward 00:47 Can't decrypt this line.. hmmm 🤔 Cole's backstory? Mayhaps. Why must they say farewell to the fields only time will tell.
