Let me digress, after 3 days in a coma, my mum being told that I wasn’t going to live, after being brought back and then being told I’d loose my legs, I didn’t, and I was walking with my furry baby Amy (a Japanese spitz beautiful dog!) After a year in hospital I got out on crutches. Then a year later I was running in Hyde Park a year later! But when I first got out of hospital, I went into my local book shop in Fulham London, and your book SPOKE To me and explained absolutely EVERYTHING… and I mean all of it, that I was seeing and hearing etc after what felt like a long long rest in the spirit realm that I call home now, I woke up and my first words were to my mam telling her that she was an alien!!! They were about to turn off life support and The priest was giving the last rites and I told him there was no hell and that we learn from our mistakes! And I told my Dad something that he remembered that I hadn’t thought was important but his face…. My parents were divorced and he was angry and upset bc he had been alcohol and not nice, but he had money and stopped drinking and put us in therapy etc… but they taught it was just the medication talking! I was seeing energy everywhere but intuition that I’d never had before so powerfully told me not to mention it (all these years later and clairaudience and clairvoyance was my dominant clair, but it told me that had I asked the nurse’s or doctors about the colours around everyone, I would have been locked up in a psyche ward! I am so grateful for that book and have the new audio version which I love but the original book was a dear friend and before the secret, and as a kid I read Louise Hay so that helped me not believe the doctors and the experience of looking down on my body and my unique experience of “Home”, that helped but needed explaining bc I wasn’t allowed to remember it all. So thank you so much! I appreciate you more than you know and even you don’t know how huge your legacy will be as a teacher of teachers! My heart chakra was blown wide open when my cat died. He was the love of my life & it was very painful. I would sit & meditate w/ his collar & it would take me to the frequency of love that I shared with him.

Hi Sonia I tried your ask for angels waiting for jobs on thu I heard you on a short in the morning and our boiler had broken down that morning so I called in the boiler angels and with in 5 mins a advert came on to try for a free boiler here in England with no spare cash we were keeping everything crossed as my husband rang them a song came on the radio a connection one from his late brother at the same time a van drove by saying boiler fitting and came back by him again the man came out to check and yippee we get a free boiler and ge took photos of it but had to come back as all his photos were blurry he said in all the years that never happened before I told my husband it's your mum and brother letting us no ut wad the Angels helping us ❤ Thank ypu so much x

It’s amazing how every week you read what’s on my heart. This past week ( with mercury retrograde 😅) was a cycle of reliving trauma and anxiety. But dancing, singing, meditation (Qigong), watching childhood movies, and appreciating what I have in the moment, really opened my heart again. Slowly but steadily.

Yes it is possible. I too had a broken heart. The Japanese call this Takotsubo. It is a real thing. But the heart breaks open. Take your time to focus on loving yourself. Don’t rush. You can heal if you are kind patient and allow support. All my love 💕

Mine too. And I’ve been focusing on opening my heart chakra, with the retrograde here, I couldn’t understand why my pass came back to torment me and remind me of the trauma. I get it now. My ego took over. I believe it does that because it knows you on the right track and it wants to destroy that, just to keep in control. My spirits guys showed me through symbols about the stock market crash on August 5th, and even which stock to buy - and I bought something different from my ego. The stock spirit told me to buy has already gone up 40%. I never knew how powerful the universe was. I am going to continue commanding that the universe and my financial guides continue to guide me. I hope they continue to guide me even though I didn't follow through on their advice.

I feel like i have been grieving for three years. I wanted to give it the time that it needed, without minimizing, but i also do not want to over-focus, and continuously bring the past into the present. I did start with the hopoono prayer, and i found afterwards that i felt more down, more sad. It was a part of a self-forgiveness resolution, but it felt like it brought me down rather than up. Is that a normal thing in the process, like i will be more sad before things get lighter? I do feel like my heart is open, but i also know that i have been feeling down for so long, that idea doesn't seem right, that my heart would be open. I remember that lightweight feeling very well. It has been a long time. I think perhaps it is the people i am around; i need a wider variety and less time with certain ones.
