@@Firemarioflower I use my brain. I protect myself two times in the battle. I heal every time when my my HP are under 2000. And I use G. Beam and purple Vortex when Eggman shows the Master Emerald. You know what? I still failed...

@@supremoau65erkontrolle13 You've gotta be kididng me..... I only protect myself once.... i even waste a turn on scanning, still won easily. I don't heal too early. You should do a lot of triple shots ..... I used every possible attack on the outside AND when the master emerald is showing

first use "protect" and then heal only when health is below 1800

No you don't have to. If you're in 'protect' mode, you only have to heal when you're below 1000 and he's not going to fire the Master Emerald Blast. His firebeam is never taking over 1000 hp or his rockets. Healing is super effective. You can heal over 3700 hp in one go. Healing too soon would be a waste of a turn when you can do a mighty attack instead.

I think it's like a 20% dmg reduction or something, but it runs out after a certain number of turns. It's better to cast it at the beginning of the battle

15:00 I beat it on Y8 just now (for a personal marathon) I kept using my G. Beam too soon and Triple Shot doesn’t do as much damage but I kept up the strategy shown here and I was victorious.

The fight against Eggman feels unfair. Some of the moves feel like they're there just to be stared at, meaning that they won't be used. It doesn't make sense when a move looks useful, when it's actually useless, or vice versa. Also there has to be a better explanation as to how things work, like how does "protect" work exactly, does it last for a long time?

It’s unbelievable how hard Eggman is, he got so much health and does a lot of damage that it’s would take longer to defeat him and it’s would make you waste a lot of MP that you will eventually die sooner or later

Tip: Use Protect at the start of the battle. Otherwise, the damage of enemies is painful. Casting one is enough because if you cast again the damage taken is still the same as after you cast Protect before.

The trick is you need to use protect once at the start of game it will protect you for the whole game after that just attack normally when the chaos emerald is not shown when it is shown use triple shots only if ep is out you can use purple vortex once or twice but other than that use your mp for only healing.

this episode is the hardest and all but isnt it quite fucking ironic how tails' robot has 4.8 k hp (correct me if im wrong k thx) yet doctor robotnik/eggman's giant ass robot has 22 k? tails' robot is like a small ant compared to it yet it has 1/5 th of that giant robot's hp (and keep in mind that giant robot is powered by the master emerald but tails' robot dosent have any gem inside her robot) consistency pls

Well, keep in mind that big robot takes reduced damage as long as its Master Emerald is not revealed. If Eggman never revealed it, he'd steamroll Tails, cause Eggman's effective HP with armor on is 44k (He takes around doubled damage when ME is exposed.) Also, what's funnier is that Tails' robot has more HP than frickin' Nights, Super Sonic in Episode 8 and Hyper Sonic in Episode 10 (at least in the beginning.)
