Crazy from how we went from "WHY TF IS SONIC GENERATIONS GETTING REMASTERED OUT OF ALL GAMES (WHY NOT UNLEASHED) AND OH, IT'S JUST AN EPISODE SHADOW THING FOR SHADOW SO NOT TOO MUCH TO EXPECT!" to "HOLY SHIT! WE DID NOT EXPECT THIS! NOW WE NEED IT NOOOOOOOWWWWWWWWWWW!" Man SEGA is really confident this time to be (possibly) one of the best selling Sonic games of all time! Those Frontiers sales must've put in so much budget and money for this game. And I don't know what else to say! SEGA is really putting in a lot more effort and confidence this time around. Hopefully this will go into the next mainline sonic game as well!

I think shadow gens is healing the community. After the gameplay reveal a couple days after summer games fest we stopped cruiticing everything. We got a couple bland looking areas of sunser heights? Well there is still like 5 minutes more worth of level. Most likely being peak level design. I think we might be healing.

The doom wings and doom blast look amazing on how they are versatile actions, similar to SA1's spindash where you can do so much stuff with the high skill cielling and mastery on perfecting your runs though the level

there isn't really a objective downsides from what I've heard fur Shadow Gens but for Sonic gens the only minor negative I've heard other people is that apparently Sonic Gens is being rewritten and dialogue is kinda of whatever but aside from that I've stayed out of spoilers and I've heard basically nothing but praise for everything else

I'm tired of people trying so hard to gaslight us. The game DOES look like Forces if it were completed. As long as they keep using this engine I'll keep saying it because it's inferior to what has come before. Not only that but the level design still inherits problems from Forces. This isn't me saying it's bad. In fact Sonic Forces isn't bad, it's just mediocre but the point still rings true.

I don't know where you're coming from. -HE2, as far as I know, is a lightning engine. -The level design is way more open and interesting. -The controls are smooth. Definitely doesn't look like the best Sonic game, but I still think it will be really good.
