On the flagship question. I must admit I was considering eventually purchasing a flagship Sony camera when it's time to upgrade from my A7IV (won't be in a hurry for obvious reasons) but yes unless things radically change. There's just no desire to do it if I know they will basically be abandoned at release by Sony firmware wise.

Since they like recycling bodies, I think they will put the A6700 in a version of the a7C body if they are doing the front scroll wheel. That is if we get a new APS-C camera at all (the rumored a7000 since at least 2018 lol)

I also think everyone will feel pretty ridiculous if no new apsc get officially released or announced this year! There were so many false rumors already! 😂

I am glad I upgraded to a7iv. I did not like the EVF on a6500 at all. It is small and standing at the wrong place.

People have been talking about the Sony a6700 for years. Several years ago the Sony rumors site was totally wrong when this imaginary camera came out.
