I love how the degrees of separations between Sony and Marvel Studios gradually get tighter and tighter the closer we get to Secret Wars . They have slowly been sprinkling references, Easter eggs , multiversal teases and quotes about a possible shared reality in the Marvel Cinematic Multiverse or multi -universe . It’s starting to get closer and closer to the forefront of the zeitgeist and conversion .

I have thought all along this was what Sony wanted, a huge team up movie with Tom Hollands Spiderman and Tom Hardys Venom, they will have seen the success that Deadpool and Wolverine has had and know that putting their two biggest characters in a movie will be box office dynamite. Plus, Marvel know they can use this movie to get the Symbiote suit into the multiverse saga just in time for Secret wars so its a no brainer for both studios

Ok so I just started reading the king in black comic and after the first page I say we definitely need more cooperation between both marvel and Sony to plan out this next Spider-Man trilogy in the MCU and Sony to work with marvel to make venom like movies as good as possible that will lead to a massive Spider-Man 6 crossover that will have characters from the MCU the animated spider-verse movies and the venom movies that lead into Spider-Man 6 that will be a avengers infinity war/Endgame level movie. What I feel Sony should do is push the Spider-Man movie releases to every 3 years. Just so the years between can have other Sony movies release. I definitely want to see our main 3 Spider-Man on a team with live action versions from the animated movies and a couple heroes from the MCU. Up against maybe evil variants of Spider-Man from other universes

@@Theworldisscrewed I did watch them (unfortunately) and they completely threw away the emotional impact of Venom and Eddy separating at the end by bringing him back again. Sony isn't alone in doing that but they just keep failing with every "spider-man but not really spider-man" movie they put out. Venom was shallow and now the finale lost it's purpose, madame web was trash, morbius was trash and boy oh, boy how excited are you for kraven? If they had just used the symbiote left in 616 and said it kept Eddy's memories or whatever, fine i can go with that but they made a big deal of the end of Eddy and Venom's journey then immediately reunited them because money.
