I purchased a Sony X90J a few years ago and I bought it for the processor. I wanted OLED but I know people that will pause a movie for 90 minutes at a time and there goes your OLED! I prefer a low light room to watch TV and a few adjustments had the Sony dialed in for my 4k Blu-ray player. I appreciate the interview with the Sony guy because the last one that I spoke with had an attitude that could charge whatever they wanted and if it quit working then you bought another one.

Oleds dim after a pause scene to protect the panel, congratulations you played yourself. LCD tech will never match contrast of an Oled

I pause my lg oled all the time. It has a screen saver so there’s no risk. My C8 will be 6 years old this April and doesn’t show any signs of burn in from gaming on it 3-6 hours a day

I would love to hear if Sony has plans to try to compete in the extra large TV market with the Chinese companies. I've been holding out for years to get a 90+ inch OLED but now that LG has delayed/cancelled their plans to open a new plant to make larger glass panels to accommodate larger screen sizes, I'm going to get a Mini-LED tv. Sony's are the best but none of the top tiers have screens larger than 85 inches.

How does one make use of 115 mbps as a max minimum whete the ethernet rj45 connection is max 100 mbps capable? Turningcto wifi resolves in less reliable streaming?

X93l and X95l use different processors and X95l only has new XR clear 2023 processor and X93l use old 2022 processor of x95k can you verify?

Doesn't matter. They both only have 3gb of RAM and the same 2019 mediatek SoC. Even your phone has more RAM.

4:18 how important is the SoC and amount of RAM for streaming all this content on your TV? If your TV is freezing or turning off on you, what is to blame? The lousy 3GB of RAM or the long in the tooth 2019 Mediatek SoC? Looking at you X93L, X95L, A75L, A80L back to the A95K.

It’s gone from purchasing a tv and watching free to purchasing an expensive tv, purchasing a service like hbo or showtime, purchasing a streaming service like Netflix or Roku to watch from your HBO purchase, and then purchasing a premium movie or service and then purchasing Bravia app to watch premium movies in premium video!!! I have to pay for my mortgage and car. This is terrible and makes me hate all of it.
