The unspoken love with the hologram ending was done in the Twelfth Doctor story "Before the Flood". It's a really tragic ending.

The Anglican Marines showed up twice before that I remember - the Weeping Angels 2-parter with 11 and Amy that you remembered with Iain Glen (Jorah Mormont in GoT) as their commanding officer - and also with 11 and Amy at the start of A Good Man Goes To War (in a scene with Christina Chong from Strange New Worlds!)

Moe Fat is a great writer. Shame Ncuti cant manage to keep the same accent, its all over the show. Also Ncutis entrance was .....lacking. The editing on this season is terrible.
