Every time when i gurgle salt water 1 minute later my throat starts hurting again and and night it hurts so much and it wakes me up in the middle of the night and when I also wake up the next day it hurts SO BAD and I don’t like it so I know that salt water does not work for me

It's been half a month since my sister was coughing and sick later. I woke up with an itchy throat until I saw a bump last week of November 2024. And now I tried gargling warm water with salt and it won't help me I got a fever and the pain is so uncomfortable. I can't even buy antibiotics because it needs a consultation for the doctor and I can't go to the doctor here cause it COST and I'm broke. I hope this isn't cancerous at all. I can't barely speak

As of my experience It is mostly caused due to pollution and dry air due to high temperature If you feel it in the early stage you may :- 1) goggle with salt water Or goggle with Tulsi boiled + termeric powder 2) drink a lot of water If you have chronic (severe) pain drink Luke warm water 3) you may have cold foods like curd rice , milk rice you can also take a lot of water rich fruits if you take it in juice form it will be easy to swallow 4) During nights before sleep intake a new drops of oil which you may spread all over your mouth and sleep this will keep the sour throat always moist and painless It pains at night a lot due to its dry surface, it also causes heavy thrusting because it absorbs the saliva in our mouth It may help you ....
