My suggestion is Lost and Hungry in Europe, especially the smaller, lesser known countries' food. (Like Poland, Finland or Hungary) Maybe looking at their most stereotypical or best known food. I enjoyed the U.S., but it didn't really shown lesser known cultures.

I'm not sure if this segment had an official name, but I think you just filmed two or three episodes of you visiting people's homes, cooking with them, and inquiring how and why they got into cooking, and interestingly enough, those videos got *me* inspired to dabble in cooking and baking, myself (well, it was one of the reasons).
