Alistair, Fenris, Solas, and Dorian were all tied for number 1 for me and I will take that because I couldn't pick between them even if threatened with death. Then it was Varric, Morrigan, Anders, Cullen, Zev, and Leliana. The very bottom for me was Howe.

I like how it keeps characters on the "same" spot, if they scored same amount of points. But my god getting results of Leliana, Dog and Tallis being on the same spot second to last only to Anora gave me a chuckle. At least my top-10 looks extremely accurate.

One of the things I love about this series is how relevant characters from games that released 10+ years ago continue to be in the happenings of the world. I'm really praying the import utility for Veilguard will be okay. This will be the first BioWare game where we only have the "Mass Effect: Genesis" way of importing progress. Perhaps it's locale won't concern as much of southern Thedas as other entries. Still, I think it's on the fans to be vocal about this so a more definitive way of managing one of the coolest aspects of BioWare games isn't lost as things move forward.

I’m just super surprised at how many times you chose Velanna. 😂 I also had no idea that you disliked Iron Bull so much. Funnily enough, I dislike Blackwall for a similar reason you dislike Iron Bull, but I like Iron Bull way more. I think it’s because Iron Bull has a more amicable personality, and I think he is so comfortable lying because it’s his job, but Blackwall is creepy in a way that gives mad serial killer vibes for me. He even gives Josie the white lilies! 😭 I will concede that Iron Bull is scary, but in a fantasy way that I can deal with. Blackwall’s creepiness just hits way too close to real life.

I agree with this 100%!!!!! I was so surprised after DAI came out that more people didn’t think he was creepy. Not only the lily thing but he’s much older than Josie (which isn’t necessarily bad), but in most cases that’s a really uncomfortable situation to be in, especially when it’s from essentially a coworker. Bull isn’t my favorite, but he’s upfront about everything and sets clear personal and professional boundaries so I don’t mind him. Also at the time we still hadn’t had a female dwarf or female qunari companion and since Wardens can be anyone it’s kinda disappointing his spot couldn’t have been filled by someone more interesting. He doesn’t/can’t offer insight into the Wardens at all, so he’s the only companion (maybe in the whole series?) that doesn’t add anything info or perspective on the overall lore, but could have given more lore info as an Orzammar dwarf (especially in Descent) or Vashoth Qunari or something.

@@Vonax637 I'm not sure how Blackwall having a crush on Josie and sending her flowers as Co-workers is creepy when the Inquisitor is the queen/king of weird power dynamic workplace sexual harassment. Especially when after complaints from DA2 pretty much all flirting has to be started by the Inquisitor. Also it's stated in Tresspasser their feelings were mutual but that it was considered by both to be inappropriate. Which really adds to the idea that the Inquisitor insisted the relationship onto either of them. (I say as a Josiemancer)

I love having Sten around, the Arishok is peak qunari... and I always joke that the guy leaning on the wall in the encampment is my favourite qunari. Compared to them, Bull is just... there... he's fine.
