The thing Lee had over every other single bodybuilder is his roundness and his shoulder to waist ratio TRY FINDING THAT TODAY! His waist to shoulder ratio was insane and his back was one of the best ever in bodybuilding period His biceps were however not so strong. But everything else was there especial back chest and shoulders and legs were excellent too. The later ones Cutler, Coleman, and the rest had thick large waist. Dorian waist was ok at the beginning then it went to shit too. But Lee ALWAYS came in sharp and the smallest waist to shoulder ratio for the prefect symmetry of upper body every time. He had the smallest waist with the biggest back upper body ever.

Again Lee is a great trainer and understands his sport very well but a physical trainer is always your best bet for strength training, everyone is built different and can have certain shortcomings. ✌️
