From the album Moseley shoals not a bad track on there. One of my favourite tracks is Get blown away from the 'Marchin Already' album. A group that might not get mentioned is The Seahorses, very short lived band but great Manchester sound, try blinded by the light, or Love is the law.

There was a crazy amount of classic music coming out of Britain in the mid 90's. Cool Britannia, Brit Pop, call it what you will. Live Forever is a good documentary about this time in history. It started with Oasis ended with The Verve.
@Madferit913 жыл бұрын
Yeah even though Oasis is my favorite band by far, I actually think it's quite sad that many great bands from that time get overlooked because of the monsters that Oasis were. Ocean Colour Scene, Manic Street Preachers, Supergrass, Elastica, The Verve, The Charlatans, and even the bigger Suede, Blur and Pulp.
@whitehartlane72403 жыл бұрын
@@Madferit91 You're right. Oasis dominated the charts. The band that gets overlooked most from that period is Skunk Anansie. In my opinion, Stoosh is 1 of the best albums of the 90's.

You should give a band called the Jam a try! Song I recommend is Down in the tube station at midnight....British music at its best...and without the “mod Father” Paul weller there would be no bands like this band or the whole indie scene in the late 80’s early 90’s

You say “dressing like oasis” but in fact these where a big thing before oasis made it. I remember seeing these live with oasis as the support act. If I remember right, they took a year out after the drummer had a car crash, in that time oasis took over the whole scene and completely surpassed them.
