Thank you BBC-this is utterly fantastic, but I have one tiny request. It would be wonderful if you could have a label of which country we’re seeing-I really wanted to ID the wildlife and I spent too much time on Wikipedia trying to find out what I was looking at. For instance, there are ~10,000 birds on earth and I ended up getting a wee bit distracted by trying to figure out what I was looking at. Many thanks!

Some scenes where haunting too, it would be great if you can track down or trace down to the source of different sounds, then sounds from far and sounds close enough to the source, gives clear picture of which creature making it. Hope I make sense. Thank you

It’s been a long time since I’ve seen Lao writing-I really enjoyed the two months I spent in your beautiful country. I wish I could speak Lao, but I barely remember what little Thai I learned and I was far from reading it beyond really common words. I had a really, really fun time on Don Det, where the children there and I made up a game called “Mango, Mango, Mango,” which someone would call out before shaking a tree and then everyone would scramble for fallen mangoes. It’s one of my favorite memories from a year of traveling around Southeast Asia. EDIT: Do you know these birds? I don’t know where they live, but I can’t possible believe I saw all water birds on the Mekong, so perhaps you can tell me-I’d be ever so grateful!
