Sour dough is the best!!! I’m definitely going to come back to this in the fall. Is your starter just regular flour and water? Do you feed your starter again that day or wait? Thanks so much for posting this and reminding me how much I love sourdough

Hello! I feed the starter and put it in the refrigerator until usually Thursday or Friday since I bake during the weekend. I created the starter with whole wheat 🌾 flour and feed it usually bread flour.
