This video takes you through the following steps:
* Removing your sourdough from the banneton
* Dusting off the excess flour
* Applying flour
* Scoring (cutting) the dough with a leaf pattern
* The dough is placed into a hot, preheated Dutch Oven, I have not pre-heated the lid of the Dutch Oven.
For the video I have used a craft knife to score (cut) the dough. You can also use a lame.
