I don't have a recipe for that, will try to make one one day. But what you can do is instead of using normal bread flour or cake wheat flour, buy a Gluten free flour instead and use that instead 🙂

I love it and it looks good. People should definitely try your recipe. I only have one concern young lady and that is the little one whom is at one point, mark 8:56, playing directly under the extremely hot oil pot. Sorry for being so straightforward in getting the matter across but there is no other way. It is due to negligence that accidents happen "so quickly". Please play it more safe in future ventures. Just a concerned Oupa in no disrespect but through love. God bless and keep you all. ♥🙏

Thank you for your kind words and kind message. I did take him away as soon as he was there. And as soon as he comes close then i pause the video and take him away 🙂 He is less in the kitchen now as he is a bit older and have learned to stay away from the oven 😁

Hi, I used Cake wheat flour in this recipe, but you can use all purpose flour or bread flour as well.

Just remember to check the hydration when using other grinded flours as the specific gravity thereof is different which in turn effects grain saturation. you may need more or less hydration, whether it would be water, oil, milk or eggs, all of them hydrations, added...

Because my hubby gets heartburn from too much yeast so the Baking powder helps it to rise with a little bit of yeast instead of putting in more yeast.

Thanks for your concern, I am very cautious with him like you won't believe. I keep chasing him away 😅 or put him by his toys or something to keep him busy as soon as I pause my video... that is like every 5 minutes 😄
