Truly tell me how is it over there? I am a very depressed young man I am a bodybuilder myself and have a pretty good look I would say idk but I’m beyond depressed and I’ve recently had my heart broken over a very very bad break up with my fiancée of 3 years and it had landed me in a very very dark place to the point where I have had to be checked in twice to the hospital for suicide watch for 72 hours I’m am so hopeless of ever thinking I’ll ever find true love again and I’m a young guy who is very very different then your normal “douche bag” men I’m just not like normal manly men and I wear my heart on my sleeve and I truly have gotten to a point of pretty much wanting to give up on women here in a America their all so stuck up and so close minded and mean and all about themselves idk what I’m ever trying to say just is it different over their the women the culture? Would someone like me really be able to thrive and truly feel loved? And apart of something greater than myself? I’m so sory I’m unloading all of my bs to you I don’t even know you but I’m sitting here balking my eyes out it’s midnight here in North Carolina my heart feels as if it had been ripped out and It’s been 3 months almost since we first broke up we got back together for a few weeks just for her to treat me like shit and everything be all my fault no matter how much I tried to love her and do things for her no matter how giving or how sweet or how loving I was all she did was constantly neglect me and talk to me like a dog and I gave her everything I gave her all of me all of my heart I was so loyal so good to her and her mother is a very bad very evil woman and she brainwashed her and theirs nothing I can do and even if I could I’m so hurt by her because of what she’s done to me I could never forgive her not at this point and now I’ll be spending the 4th of July by myself with no true love just a bottle of jack and my new best friend depression just any thing you could tell me would be very very appreciated thank you so much and I hope your having a great life Your brother in iron… …Brandon

@@knights-strength-fitness I completely understand. Going away to another country and leaving all the things behind will truly put into perspective what, and who really matters. More importantly, who actually cares. You’d be surprised how many people put so much time into the wrong things or people. It is intimidating to just up and leave everything and go to another country like I did. However, it was a huge relief off my shoulders as things were very simple. No one knows you, and or, your past; bad habits or people are no longer readily available to fuel your unknown demons. Your newfound wisdom is fresh and ready to tackle the day. In South Korea it is awesome! Very easy to eat healthy while being delicious. Korean bbq is everywhere, so that’s always a plus. Medical care is very cheap and efficient. People seem kinder due to their respectful culture. However, there are always bad people everywhere. It is very safe here, and I never really experienced any sort of crimes. Never worry about locking my car or leaving my belongings out in public. Never see cops on the highways as they utilize speed cameras which are shown via gps and signs on the road by law. That’s always fun… There was a man who was extremely drunk laying on the sidewalk by a bar at night; as I was coming from the gym I saw two cops help him up and ensured he was ok. They then proceeded to drive him home. That alone says a lot how it is out here. The country is very family oriented but also has its faults, as does any other country. Status and appearance seem to be a big thing here. Good news is skin care and health products are very abundant and cheap lol. There are so many things to do that is only a bus or train ride away. You honestly don’t need a car. If you do, Used car prices are insanely cheap here as most Koreans want brand new cars and trade theirs in once warranty is up. I’m cool with a used 2018 vehicle with 60k miles for a 1/3 of the us price…. All in all, there are bad and good people everywhere in the world. Being healthy and respectful is a way of life here and that alone is great for me. I will say this though, Korean women are very good at making you feel like a turd then turning around taking care of you and making sure you’ve been fed and are healthy lmao. Divorces are pretty frowned upon here but it has been on the rise . I hope you find your way brother. Glad you were able to let it out to a complete stranger. I am happy I was able to respond. This is my literal first comment and reply I ever did on KZbin and I’m 33.

Hello Wesley, I wanted to share my thoughts; There has been a big debate in the bodybuilding realm about today's bodybuilders staying too lean all year round and we have noted that social media is also a factor, not the only factor because conditioning has become a major criteria as well as issues like insulin sensitivity. So, after careful thinking, it is is a job and the truth is, the physique is what brings home the bacon or puts food on the table. I do not see anything wrong with being in relatively good shape all year round, it has more benefits than down sides; Better health, weight management, blood work including insulin sensitivity, overall longevity, more public attention and a bigger fan base as a result. Stay well and all the best with the O this year, you have achieved a lot and I am proud watching all the growth you have made as a person, now, as the younger ones will say; lets goooooooo!

Sounds like you're suffering from plantar fasciitis (peesplaatontsteking). Not sure if current protocols are more effective than before but it used to be 3~6 months (sometimes up to 18) before the body heals. Heel lifts, stretching, shockwave therapy will/can help relieve pain and speed up healing. Also, Platelet Rich Plasma injections are sometimes used.

Wesley, your left heel pain is post-static dyskinesia.... classic pain after rest symptom of Planter Fasciitis. #1 best rule before bearing weight is to perform active ankle dorsiflexion to RELAX the calf muscles & Achilles tendon (Triceps Surae) which ultimately insert into the Calcaneus. Doing this for several reps BEFORE getting out of bed or off seated position w/ your knees fully extended is key! #2 Sleeping w/ an ankle night splint until symptoms improve. #3 More collagen peptides. #4 Use custom functional rigid Orthics in your everyday walking shoes. #5 Try to use them also in clean running shoes in the house so you're not barefoot. Good luck w/ OLYMPIA! You're a great Ambassador for the profession to Korea 🇰🇷. Thank you! I expect the GOLD Medal finish from you 😊

Plantar fasciitis (PLAN-tur fas-e-I-tis) is one of the most common causes of heel pain. It involves inflammation of a thick band of tissue that runs across the bottom of each foot and connects the heel bone to the toes, known as the plantar fascia. Plantar fasciitis commonly causes stabbing pain that often occurs with your first steps in the morning. As you get up and move, the pain normally decreases, but it might return after long periods of standing or when you stand up after sitting.

I live in Lebanon right now but when I lived in England, they want you to be dying before you do a check up, in my opinion, prevention is better than cure and this is a very old saying. To be honest, now that I am older and more mature, I would not trust the British health care system, it is better to have health insurance.
