The Stop Touching Me Elmo incident is also mentioned to a Family Guy cutaway with Elmo and Cookie Monster. Stewie and Brian go at Elmo, questioning him how his “actor” (the puppeteer) got away with a series of charges due to the statute of limitations running out, to which Elmo replies “Elmo no comment”, before the uncomfortable following silence is broken by Cookie Monster shouting cookie.

You know, I'm from Argentina so we get the latino dub of it, and the pitch of everyone is nearly identically to the english one haha. It's amazing. I don't know other countries if they did their pitchs justice but if you hear Cartman's in our dub and the English you'll find "nearly" identical pitch voices, I can't imagine the throat soreness of doing Cartman alone.

Usually a big chunk of the clips were clips already reacted to since its compilations of clips from a show. However since he received a fair amount of head injuries during his time in wrestling, he may forget having reacted or forget seeing a clip at all.
