I have a Diamondback SE and the Dometic 35 CFX3. I use a slide from DFG Offroad and it has fit my needs well. It's a fridge OR freezer. Consider it. I run it off a Jackery 2000 Pro and get 5-8 days depending on outside temps. If I'm using other things, I'll obviously get less. I did have a Bluetti AC200p, but it was causing the Dometic to fault the compressor due to voltage regulation.

Most of the show is dominated by your mid size vehicles but a lot of the vendors here do support full size trucks with the overland gear they make.
