If you add a piece of fresh ginger ( sliced about the size of your thumb)in with your veggies and smoked turkey, it takes your greens to another level. I haven’t been able to cook them without it since I started about 15 years ago.Those greens look great! Love your channel!

You want to wash all meats except ground meat, ex. Turkey, beef or chicken.

They are smoked. Meaning they are in the 3rd stage of process. Rinse them. But i wouldnt wash all the smoke flavor or liquid gold off.
