I've made fried eggplant 🍆 but not green tomatoes because I never see them in stores. Wow! I will love to try it, I live how you slice the tomatoes just by itself looking at it is beautiful. This is a great light healthy snack. Lov the cornmeal and breadcrumbs mixture. Yes that Cornbread Hack cast iron skillet 🍳 lol! I always switch hands because it tend to be nasty. Love love love this. Beautiful golden color to it. Looks absolutely delicious and crunchy. Bring me some, the dip though....Yum 😋 tfs
