Thank you very much for preserving all of these videos you have. As a young man not born until 1999, I did not get to enjoy any of this kind of mainline steam action. I feel like the 70's, 80's and early 90's were truly the best time for steam locomotives in the preservation era.

I think Super S wasn't introduced until 1987,,,,,and I was told that I had the first one in Dallas,,,by the Dealer,,,,,I was doing weddings,,,,small town stuff on VHS and jumped on the Super S bandwagon as soon as it came out ! I used SVHS for bunch of years , until the pro-dv came about I've also got some SVHS from SP cab ride ( I was a conductor on the SP,, over on you tube under .... dwain1310,,,,,,, Ennis to San Antionio,,,got several SP videos on there,,,take a look if you get the chance !

the SP,,,now the UP doesn't like anything SP,,,,,so I'm betting the 4449 won't be back thru ennis,,,,,the UP does run a steam engine,,( can't remember the name ) that came thru ennis several years ago,,,,,there is a video of it here on you tube under a search for ...... tcvideosennistexas .....take a look if you get the chance !
