If you spray your spatula later with any type of cooking spray it will keep the meat from sticking makes it a lot easier to use

Love the southern keto cookbook one of my favs. One of my favorite snacks is topping cream cheese with stevia jam or sugar free jam or jelly, softening and warming slightly in the microwave and dipping with pecans or walnuts. You could also dip this cold however you like the cream cheese consistency, so good. We have also enjoyed making a keto strawberry shortcake with a 90 second lemon cream cheese mug cake with sugar free whipped topping, very good also 😊

My prep: casseroles (6-8 servings), meatloaf (6 servings) partially cooked hamburger patties (when you nuke 'em, they finish cooking), a crustless quiche (good for 4 servings). I'll also measure out exact servings for bulk snacks, like mixed nuts to keep an eye on my macros, because it's easy to start munching and then at the end of Dateline to look down and see that I've cleaned out the whole tin. (Damn you, Keith Morrison! You hooked me again!) I'll also make some cheese cubes and portion them out with baggies of salami so I can end my day with a nice charcuterie plate. C'est si bonne!

Totally off topic, but our kids (here in Tennessee) had their year cut short like yours. We have been using Summer Skills Books for the past few summers. They go over what they should have learned the previous year not introducing new topics. And it is a notebook, so as you travel, they can do it. No internet needed. ( I am ever hopeful we will be able to travel eventually.). Loving the Keto world. Trying the bacon cheeseburger bowl tonight with the family.

These are my fave snacks at night: Olives, saurkraut, celery with Dean's onion dip, slice of smoked gouda cheese and hotdogs with mustard. Sometimes mug cakes with smear cream cheese and alm. butter, chomps beef sticks (can roll sliced cheese around chomps with mustard. Yummo!!

I purchased the cookbook so I can make the biscuits. Lol Had my husband pick up sausage from Aldi and mine have dextrose in them. So weird that the ingredients vary. My meal prep for the week is a cauliflower risotto, salmon from Aldi of course, bacon wrapped mozzarella sticks, dat keto lady cookie cheesecake, and your crackers for my tuna fish for lunches.

Try making cold brew tea.game changer. Tannins 8n tea what makes tea bitter and are released when boiling water is used but aren't released when using cold water brew.here's how to make.1 tea bag per 6 to 8 ounces of water less water make stronger brew.I use 8 oz per tea bag Instructions Place tea bags in the bottom of a large container or glass pitcher. Pour in room temperature or cold water. Cover the container/pitcher and refrigerate. Steep for 12 hours. Remove the tea bags and discard. Serve tea add sweetener of your choice and serve over ice.I don't use add sweetner to mine .You can try making 1 serving if you just want to try a small amount first do 1 cup water and 1 tea bag and use the same method. If want to use grandular sweetner could make a simple syrup so it will mix well with cold tea.in sauce pan over heat mix equal parts grandular sweetner and water until dissolved.let cool

@@SouthernKristi it's so smooth I can drink with no sweeetners.if you want to use grandular pyure you could make simple syrup using by taking equal parts sweetner and water and in pan over heat until dissolves,so it will mix well with the cold tea.don't be alarmed because it's a lighter color. Also I don't add lemons

For the record, you can go over a recipe in a cookbook because recipes cannot be copyrighted. Only collections of recipes can be which means the whole cookbook. Usage of an individual recipe is fair game. That's why recipe developers get their stuff stolen all the time. ETHICALLY credit should be given but even that isn't required. That's why there are roughly 53 billion chocolate chip cookie recipes that are really just the Toll House cookie recipe with a different name.

Hello! Hoping you are correct abou the customer service for Perfect Keto. My order finally arrived and like s kid at Christmas, I enthusiastically opened the package to find completely the wrong order. So sad!! I like to prep fathead pizza dough crusts for the freezer.. I make them individual sized.. 1 standard fathead dough recipe make 4 thin pizza crusts for me that I cool then freeze.. I found these great for quick breakfasts and lunchs..and great for using up leftovers...especially in the airfryer ..takes just minutes....I've even broken them up and used for chips.. for Nicole Burgess keto queso and a spicy sauage dip I came up with...
