I started watching your videos just before I moved to florida which was almost 2 years ago, I recently subscribed to your channel and just want to tell you that I completely enjoy watching, you are doing a great job. We live in Cape Coral and just bought my first offshore boat this last October. I had plans to trailer down to islmarada back in may but thanks to the virus the keys were closed so we went to boca and fished out of Hillsborough inlet for my first trip with the boat, had a great time cought alot of fish but still want to get down to the keys. Anyway, I have learned alot just from watching. Keep up the great work. If I ever get a chance to meet you guys the beer is on me. Thanks again. Jim

This is awesome, I've been doing Doritos crusted pan-fried chicken fingers for years. You're right though, they lose the Dorito flavor - still great crunch!! Try baking, it keeps the flavor better. Next time you fry fish, try regular Pringles (make the crumbs just smaller than cornflake size) - hands down the best way to fry fish!!!
