Moog has been around for decades however, companies we've known as old timers do and have been outsourcing their parts to outside places like China without lowering prices nor informing the old time loyal customers of those changes ! Although, Moog has been a step above we believe to this day. Again...no collateral damage to the customers vehicle as it should be in all repairs.

When I was teaching, I would ‘throw the student into the pool’ when they were still a ways off from completing their training with me in order for them to gain confidence, and truly finish at “Entry Level”.

Thank you for this video. I have been entertaining the idea that the torch you use is big enough to cut much larger steel. That is the only style I have seen available, I worked in a commercial boat repair facility for most my career. I have always been uncomfortable working with those under a car. I think the manufacturers could build a very much smaller one to use less fuel and be much more nimble; for mechanics doing what you are doing. I know from experience, you can cut 1" stock no problem by hand with it. If held in a machine feed that torch could cut through multiple inches of steel. Again, it is all there is available on the market. If All I wanted was to heat automotive nuts and bolts, smaller is better.
