We live ten minutes from BWI. Grew up watching the planes fly low above our houses, stopping the conversation until it flew over, then starting it back up is just second nature to us around here. The first time I traveled on Southwest, I knew I wouldn’t travel on any other airline if I could help it. I have never been on a flight without a smiling bubbly flight attendant and sometimes with the fatigue of traveling it makes all the difference!! Can’t wait to see a Maryland Themed Southwest plane with a huge Crab on it!!

I flyed to Baltimore when it was November 11 2022 to from Birmingham Alabama to Baltimore to Hartford and it was flight 2420 and I am happy to be back to Connecticut and then on November 15 2022 we had to go back to Alabama so we when to the airport and we went in our first flight which was 856 to Baltimore again and it’s a 737-800 and then we went to our gate which was gate B2 which our flight was from Iplis and then it landed went to our gate then we were going to Birmingham Alabama which was flight 845 and it was a 737-700 (it was both flights on Southwest Airlines

Dear Mr. Kelly. I just wanted to say thank you to everyone involved in the tragedy of today’s WN 1380. Since comments were disabled for today’s incident, I thought that I would post my thank you on another video. Life is full of going here and leaving there without many other airlines that are willing to put customers first. Your Captain and First Officer showed the world what makes WN so special. You also gave information to us that lets me know that WN will not stop until every single engine in every one of your jets meets the quality standards which that you have set very high. I’m scheduled to fly on 04/27/2018 on WN and I will not be afraid to fly with the airline in the weeks and years to come. Until things settle down I pray that the family of the one fatality find some comfort in knowing that everyone worked together to get your bird safely back on the ground saving everyone else and if it was meant to be, the woman may have only been injured but that is something none of us know how or when. Thank you Southwest and the ATCs who did everything right.
