My mother’s favorite song. She passed this week. She and I danced to the original in the living room, Rochester NH in 1979. Thank you. We also did the Latin H. to this, twisting and twirling until midway she got tired. Thank you for showing how it was done.

That song rhythm is no Swing. That is a Disco Song. It can be danced also as Fast Hustle dancing style as they are doing above. Im an 9 styles dancer for 15 years and i teach them to my friends. in 2 languages. Change that title.

I agree with you but that is called Philippine swing. Swing in the US and other countries is called boogie in the Phil. Disco dance in the Phil is dancing without holding their partner most of the time. I dont know how it was named swing but that’s how it is in the Phil. That’s why I call it Phil. swing.

@@Marinans683 Phillippine Swing? ha, ha, ha. From when philipinos can teach to USA dancers about our swing-- and change our names to themselves. Swing dancing began in the USA in the 1920's. From there it when to phil and other countries. Nasty and liar to change our name to exalt their country with OUR INVENTIONS. China and japan does that too with UsA inventiions, like airplanes and computers and cameras and microwave ovens and thousand more usa inventions. Lying copycats. Shame on them.

That song i dance too since 1979 i think. It is called Souvenirs, i think by Cerrone, a French band that did a few hits in the Disco Era. IT IS NOT SWING, dummy. I know all kinds of swing dances and music and was a musician too. THAT is american disco music. Not phil. That is a lie.
