I was already annoyed half way through her first sentence. 😵‍💫 When sov-cits don't like the answer they get to their questions, they just keep asking them. This is like grade-school level intimidation. The court is their playground. They are the children that needed helmets to go down a slide- eating used gum from under the park benches- pushing other kids over and yelling until they get their way.

@@eatmedia5283Even literal sovereigns from other countries are still required to abide by the laws of this country when they visit. And the non-sovereign citizens are held to the same standards. Nobody gets to step foot on American soil, breath American air, and break American laws without facing consequences. If Prince Andrew came here and shot somebody in broad daylight, he'd be arrested and charged like anybody else. Your freedoms end where others' freedoms begin. As much as you have the right to swing your fist, that right ends when you swing it at me; because I have the right to not live in fear of getting punched in the face, and your rights cannot override mine. You can't cheat-code your way out of responsibility while claiming all the rights. Don't like it? Leave.

I just joined Mikes channel. I'm stunned and pleasantly surprised how cordial and kind these judges are. I've always been terrified of judges. First experience I've had was testifying as a victim of a crime at 5 yrs old. I have no memories of the entire hearing. I just can't imagine a judge frightening a 5 yr old like the defense attorney did. I didn't reach out for transcripts til 30 yrs after. She didn't have them anymore and apparently didn't bother transfering into the court computer system. Luckily the police department retains police reports indefinitely. Retired transcriber was unsympathetic to my persuit for facts. Police staff was so compassionate and ended up not charging me for the report. It was of incredible help to me as my mother just wanted to forget the entire thing. I didn't have that luxury. It was my responsibility to wade through the sludge and muck of healing. You never fully "heal" just like you never stop having ptsd. It's just managed to customize to my lifestyle and personality as to not interfeer with my joy and stability. Ok the end🤣 sorry and thank you to whoever actually read this

Ms Foley-Carter has a funny little chipmunk voice. It sounds cool in any type of Court, whether Admiralty/Maritime court or Common Law court of State Court.

It is amazing that they just say a bunch of made up crap about common law and all that crap and think it should mean something to them. I have seen a few where the judge sends them to jail until they accept he has jurisdiction. That is how they all should be treated.

If you look at it from their perspective, that's what the courts are doing -- they don't understand legal language well enough to tell the difference between actual law and the pseudo legal babble of the sovcit movement. To them it's all just magic words without meaning like arcane incantations that cast spells.

There need to be some kind of controls here so that only the courtroom staff such as the court reporter, bailiffs, judge, etc can mute and unmute people. People should not be able to just unmute themselves when the judge mutes them.
