Whenever the court or attorneys start referring to the sovcit in third person because he won't acknowledge himself , it reminds me of playing hide and seek with a toddler, who is hiding behind a lamp and giggling loudly. @@angela74823 I think the short version is that Chili puts himself forward as a tough guy alpha male, but he's really just a frauditor Karen with sovcit style delusions of being a law scholar. He finally crossed a line with the wrong judge and got sent to prison, discovered prison is icky, and the meme is from his appearance in court to appeal. Or maybe to stay his incarceration pending appeal? I forget which.

Based on a lot of things I hear sovcits say, I also suspect a very large share of them are also on either disability and/or SSI (and likely get Medicare or Medicaid) as well. They have no trouble cashing those checks. Then again, they will probably claim those payments come from their billion dollar personal trust, not the gov't.

Yikes. I'm watching these videos with a fresh set of eyes. About 3 weeks ago my 36 y/o son started showing signs of a psychotic break. (We lost his only brother in Jan.) 2 weeks ago we got him into a hospital on an involuntary hold, but they had to release him... by law! Today I was working from sun up to find him and convince cops to pick him up. He went to where his wife and 4 kids were and terrorized them until the cops would finally go there and take him in. He was live streaming it! We were all terrified! Now, his wife, kids, and all of us involved have been traumatized, because there aren't legal teeth for the cops to manage mental health issues.

@@LawTalkWithMikeThanks. He's in custody now. Whether they will hold him is yet to be seen. What he did should hold him for a while tho. Then he needs inpatient treatment. We're working on that transition already. It's just weird that a family member can show no sign, then crack. I guess I now have real sympathy for family members of these obviously ill people. It's the worst! He won't accept any help or solutions.

This is a really good selection of cases. The “no prints or name” guy could not see the high bond train coming from his nonsense. The mentally ill civil plaintiff doesn’t know what he’s doing and has no self-reflection. The bar fight ppo hearing with no plaintiffs evidence is classic. And Fleischer showed both his hard side with the new dui driver and his compassionate side with Mr. hang out with murderers. And the pro per who didn’t understand what was going on was sad. We don’t generally find people not to qualify for counsel in California. She did not hear him. Loved this one on my day off from being a lawyer.

I wish the judges in cook county were like this. I would have beat my case but I pled guilty because I couldn’t sit in there another day. I should have been offered this option if the judge at Skokie really cared about any of us. I’ve been doing amazing since my release in 2015. 6 figure job and help others but like I said the only reason I pled guilty is because I knew I didn’t belong there and wanted out desperately
