Basically he told people that though his bullshit interpretation of contracts that they can stop paying their mortgages because that debt is owned by the corporate fiction that is their name, not the person. So people stopped making their mortgage payments, filed a bunch of nonsense with the courts, and surprise surprise people started getting evicted from their property. Of course Mr. Williams took a ton of money for his "expertise" which is fraud.

Gotta love that he states that he "has more education than any lawyer" and yet, still has to ask for clarification from the judge quite often. He should write a book with all his free time. "How to poorly lie and never be taken seriously, 101.“
@mikeydflyingtoaster
@mikeydflyingtoaster 11 ай бұрын
To be too fair to him, his claims of ignorance would more accurately be described as disagreements with the premises underpinning the questions posed. e.g. "do you understand that not using an attorney may well decrease your chance of obtaining a favourable judgement in your trial?". "No, I have won every case ever when I represemted myself (no you didn't. Don't lie) and lost every case when an attorney represented me (that's more likely but besides the point)". Come to think of it, the judge could well interpret that statement to be so delusional that an attorney will be forced upon him. Hmmm

I was on a jury in a civil case about 10 years ago. It was a landlord tenant dispute. The LL represented himself and the tenant had a lawyer. The LL was not a Sov Cit or anything but he obviously didn't know court protocol. Like you stated in the video the judge didn't treat him like a lawyer and gave him leeway and explained things to him during the course of the trial. It was quite painful to be there for the 5 days the trial lasted. We ruled in favor of the tenant and if I need to be in court I will never go without a lawyer.

Luckily, he will be giving legal advice to the pigeons in the prison yard.

@@Forensource he isn't a nutcase. Just because he is a scammer doesn't make him crazy. All Sovereign Citizens follow the same script whether they are yelling or soft spoken. They say the same things and use the same words and phrases. All Sov Cits did not become crazy at the the exact same time and exact same level of crazy. The script is the same for everyone. They are scamming government and law enforcement that none of the laws and rules pertain to them and they can break those laws with immunity. That's not crazy. That's illegal. I actually was in a courtroom a few years ago during a pretrial for a guy (Moorish citizen) that has been squatting and using stolen credits. After all of his bullshit, he was bound over for trial, and a bond was set for a LARGE amount of money and it was hilarious. He got very upset and told the judge he has jurisdiction over him and started to walk out, that didn't go well was held in contempt and was given 10 days

Even if this bs has any truth to it, the sov cit crap states that actual crimes involve an injured party. Obviously there are plenty of injured parties here. That alone proves this is just a belief that they can do whatever they want bc they are complete losers. Anytime this junk is spouted, it should immediately be stopped. They should not be given a platform and should be held in contempt at the first opportunity. Maybe shutting these people up immediately, with zero tolerance, these people will stop the nonsense.

Pro se defendants should be held to the same standards as licensed attorneys for contempt. If they are competent enough to represent themselves they should be familiar with court procedures.
@luxonlex4453
@luxonlex4453 3 жыл бұрын
I half way agree with that. Each court has their own rules for discovery, pleadings, motions, sanctions, responses, et.al. that are all based upon time. 15 days to file this, 10 days to file a response, 26 days to file something else. All of which are described in the court rules. Then there is the application of law to fact and jury instructions if the matter goes to trial. There are many nuances to properly defending an act or occurrence that the layperson may be unaware of and thus jeopardize their own case. This is why a judge will strenuously suggest obtaining some type of representation from a licensed attorney. So, if someone is foolish enough to attempt to self represent, I do not think it would be wrong for the court to help them a little along the way. Statring first, with the mental evaluation of the defendant, not as a joke, moreover to see if they are mentally cognizant of the repercussions of their In Pro Per / Per Se appearance and representation. Every attorney knows better than to challenge the courts jurisdiction and authority over a matter being heard. However, this Private Attorney General, is completely unaware of the Cringe Level he is producing by asking if the judge has an oath on file. That is why the judge allowed the question and responded. However, thereafter the defendant was basically asking the judge to "Represent" him and his civil interests. Another Fo Paw, yet it was answered by indicating that he would do his best to ensure his civil rights. So, yes the judge could have stated that if he wants to play with the big kids, he is going to be held to the exact same BAR level standards. Instead, the judge humored the defendant and chose mercy regarding court dictum, over showing the defendant the gallows. Very well done on the part of His Honor. The court does have a "Heart" if we choose to look for it.

Judges are usually more lenient with those who represent themselves because they do not want to have their decisions and rulings overturned on appeal. By being lenient, they can show that they were weighing justice and mercy. Because inevitably, the jury will convict.

I love when they try the person argument, like "I am separating myself from my person." In this guy's case somehow this entity in Hawaii is not the same as the entity in Georgia. Does the entity in Hawaii have fingerprints that are essentially identical to the entity in Georgia? If so isn't it likely both entities represent the same body? I don't know if Georgia cares about his person and/or entity but I'm sure they want to lock up his body. If his entity can get back to Hawaii while his body stays in a Georgia prison I don't think anyone will care.

When I enlisted in the Army, I raised my hand and swore an oath to uphold and defend the Constitution. After that, I was never asked by my leadership if I was under my oath for any particular day. Why? Because it was painfully obvious that I was ALWAYS under my oath and such an asinine question did not need to be asked! Likewise, any law enforcement officer, judge, or court official, who swore an oath, is ALWAYS under that oath. Yes, you can assume that the judge is under his oath that day, just he was yesterday and will be tomorrow! It is always valid to assume that the judge is under his oath The same goes for jurisdiction.
