if the judge does not have the time, then he should have assistance or else the circumstance becomes unfair, and unless certain circumstances are in place against the man requesting his three-day response, the judge is only equal in standing. ... it goes back to the circumstance of presentation consent and privilege.... which I believe should be a two-way street at this time in this circumstance with him and the judge. .... the judge and his people have information that pertains to them but that is not the only information, that is visible through State end USA Constitution. ....kzbin.infoOMoiTSB6FgU?si=tZrvLLyDGlpSlZPe

This judge reminds me of a discussion I had with an old military friend a long time ago that said in the Citadel they taught the “southern technique” in psyops. Basically intellectual humility to the point of claiming not to understand, which leads the person speaking to bury themselves in their own stupidity. It’s like an UNO reverse card debate maneuver. “I’m just a simple, man. There seems to be a failure to communicate on my part. Can you explain what you mean? I’m apparently too dumb to understand your position.” Type thing. I think what he’s doing is intentional. lol Edit: “southern hospitality” can be ninjas like passive aggressive. “Bless his heart.” 🙃.

I'm not following: is "Mr. Smith" proposing that he grants the judge jurisdiction and doesn't challenge the facts of the case (whatever they are) and, in return, the judge dismisses the charges and any fines or fees incurred?? Brilliant.

I think Mr Smith's "remedy" is for His Honor to take the funds awarded to the other party ( ½ of Mr Smith's retirement 401k/IRA? ) from the "Treasury account established at birth" tied to his SSN. Note his reference to His Honor's EIN and "you work for The Bank."

Well that is what Mr. Smith has been led to believe by some snake oil salesman

@@jackson_68 Ah, finally, that makes sense! I couldn't figure out how his proposed remedy would benefit him. It sounded like he was basically saying "In exchange for me pleading guilty, you can take any fines out of my account," which seemed like something the court could do anyway. Essentially the same as "I'll plead guilty on this criminal charge if, in exchange, you agree to put me in jail." But if he's saying "I'll plead guilty as long as you leave my *normal* bank account alone and you take the money out of the *secret* account you have in my name," then it all makes sense.

This is probably the most patient and nicest judge I've ever seen. BTW - I hope you like your Yeti! I see people paying hundreds for condenser mics and it usually sounds like crap. For basic streaming I think the Yeti is really the best. If you have a sound proof room for recording get a condenser, but most of us record at our desk :D.

It’s awesome that the judge asked the defendant if he was in a different state. Yes judge, he’s in the state of confusion. I’m thinking of naming my children Equity and Remedy.

I am waiting for an officer, judge or prosecuting attorney to say, with a straight face, “Sir, the document you have provided me is not worth the paper it is written on for you have no right to unilaterally decide you are no longer a United States (or Canadian, United Kingdom) citizen.” I’d really like to hear someone say that to a SovCit.

Quite a few appellate courts have actually said exactly that in their judgements, but I think the regular courts are more likely to just punt the issue to them to avoid some of the conflict.

One hopes the appeals court gets a good hard laugh out of this as they refuse his appeal. Assuming he even knows how to file that properly, which of course remains to be seen..
