I think in most cases the reason for them to let it go on for so long is to allow backup to arrive. In almost all of these video's I have noticed the officers stop talking once he/she has more officers on scene. As a group, sovereign citizens are becoming more violent and radical. So assuming the person talking in circles is going to go peacefully is probably not a good idea. In this case though I would think the officer did not want to have to deal with the dogs, especially after the guy threatened them attacking.

... law dictionaries are useful to 1st & 2d yr law students ... you find yourself straining to learn a new dialect: "legalese" ... Black's (& Ballantine's) define terms of art that allow the student to understand the classroom discussion ... by mid 2d yr, the law student forgets where he/she last put the book ... you notice, no lawyers or pd ever cite Black's....

Maybe that "Bear" guy can hook them up

@nctpti20733 жыл бұрын
It is irrelevant anyway, since Black's Law almost never says what they claim it says. They are just blindly name dropping. May as well have said 'The Bible says.' Heck, they could even be saying 'North Carolina Law says.' They are actually attempting to cite a Supreme Court ruling but that also doesn't apply, lol

Yes - and do they really think this works? Are there videos where after saying their speech that the cop or court says "you are right?". They should purchase land somewhere - Montana maybe - and have their own commune...their own "reservation". Stay there - have their own "laws" - have an outsider who can legally drive on public roads if needed. Where are they getting that this is legal?

Mike, have you ever thought of just traveling into court and handing the judge a Blacks Law dictionary telling them they have no jurisdiction and due to those facts it is a mistrial. At that point you can citizens arrest the judge, file federal liens, issue a bill of lading and demand for restitution for your client under USC 4-20. I tell you this as the all powerful and honorable sultan Chris of the clan El-Bey all rights reserved... #FearTheFez

@4:25 "You have the plates, you can write the car a ticket". Sure buddy. I'm sure he can cuff the hubcaps too. Also, how does that play out in court when the "vessel" fights the ticket? Judge: Road Vessel with North Carolina plates OU812, how do you plead? One beep for guilty, 2 beeps for not guilty and 3 beeps for "just traveling". Car: 3 beeps Judge: Damn! Looks like the road vessels have outsmarted us again. Nice He-Man clip! I haven't seen that in years. I used to watch that every day after school in the 80's. Maybe the SOVCIT was traveling to Skeletor's pad? Given that he is "refrusin", and trying to have Blacks Law Dictionary dialog, it looks like Skeletor is going to be lonely.

It is true that a cop CAN write a ticket based SOLELY off the license plate of a vehicle. However when the vehicle IS occupied, it is required that they identify the driver and issue the citation to the driver of the vehicle, NOT the owner of the vehicle which is the only information obtainable by a license plate check. This is why sometimes you'll have cops go back to their cars and look up the license plate of a vehicle.. when they come back they say the person's name. Often times when this happens they run the name and confirm the DMV photo of the person matches at which point they really don't need the person to identify. It is rarely done this way because it frankly takes far too much time to do it this way on every stop.
