My sad observation on this clip, the judge doesn't repeat herself because of some personality quirk. It's a learned response from having to deal with the same types of people day in and day out. "I never heard that" "I didn't know that" "you never told me that".

I believe you are correct, and I find that a sad look at our society. Back in the day, we learned at a young age, that not listening would gain ones self a knuckle rap on the skull. Unfortunately, at my advanced age, I am once again a "selective listener" and probably need that knuckle rap once again. Please, no one give my wife that information!

Also, it's impossible to know for certain what is happening on the other end of each user's connection. Obviously, a lot of this is idiot-proofing, but it's also due diligence.

They also do not read signs. Every state in the union spends millions every year on signs to help people navigate themselves through daily life without unknowingly violating the law but you can’t read signs when you’re face is pretty much constantly buried in a cell phone. A person who has never been in the United States can drive from NYC to Los Angeles just by being willing to read signs.

That was the most amazing from Judge Bryant. God Bless Judge Bryant. All Judges should take lessons from her on Sovcit people. Quick and painless. ❤❤

"Logically", it could be far worse to not appear in court on a warrant than to go and try to make some lame and untimely argument about jurisdiction. "Failure to appear" is a criminal offense in most places and is often signaled to police officers who might pull you over some day, escalating the situation as they arrest you.
@70baja3 жыл бұрын
@@UpnorthHere that's the point. She doesn't even believe her own bullshit. If I get a summons from sovtard court I'm not going to go, not even to explain their lack of jurisdiction. Deep down somewhere this lady knows that if she doesn't show up she'll be in trouble

Just think of what mischief must have gone on for her to have to repeat herself 5 times on every instruction.

The absolute balls to try this shit in an assault and battery case, as if there could actually be a group of people that can go around assaulting other people and remain completely immune from prosecution.

Love how Judge Bryant shut that sovereign citizen down! I'm sick of those sovereign citizens! They're seemingly always in trouble. She got herself together quick and dropped that nonsense. She did what most judges and even police officers won't do. Way to go Judge!

Obviously she has to repeat herself multiple times because she is dealing with chronologically adults who are mentally and emotionally children. Ain't it sad how our education system in some places have utterly failed us as a society.

And THAT is how it's done. I've gotten a few calls over the years from potential clients who spout this BS. I've always told my receptionist to let them know we don't deal with nonsense and aren't interested in frivolous or nonsensical lawsuits. I don't even know how many call or what they say, because we shut them down from the get go. Lol.
@IANCHARLES1965 Жыл бұрын
Fortunately as a private lawyer (I believe) you have the right not to take on a client that wants you to file a frivolous and or non-substantive suit. Filing a suit can result in you being sanctioned at a minimum.

@Greetings Law Talk With Mike... Rest assure that was NOT a Sovereign Citizen. First of all a Sovereign means: Supreme in power; possessing supreme dominion; as a sovereign ruler of the universe. And a Citizen is an inhabitant; a dweller in any city, town or place. When one there say that Judge which the ONLY Judge in/on this Land is in an Article III Court which is WRITTEN in the Constitution and not some lower court one may need more training on what a Judge is and where a Judge actually Sits in the legal system in America. Many who read this also MUST KNOW that she is simply an attorney with a title of nobility acting in an Administrative Position as an Administrator. And yes, once that young lady provided her NAME (which is in All CAPS on that printed paper) though many will say that don't matter when in fact it does... she gave her FULL Jurisdiction over her body. Juris means Law diction means Words. One there may want to learn some of this basic terms as when one posts videos with a Term Sovereign and Citizen merged together... as she stated one may just want to go to England and say that... as in America, that is an OXY Moron. Which if we really want to say what she is... she is a OXY Mooron... as she was trying to establish on the record she was a Moor when in fact she failed to maintain her square. And what real men and women do is they settle things amongst each other and not in some court jurisdiction or a ship. Hopefully this help not only one there Mike... but others who read this with eyes that can see and a MIND to dig deeper in study. Peace to all.

@@LawTalkWithMike lol you only know what you’ve been taught/exposed to. An estate isn’t just in use when deceased….everything is commercial, in order to be charged, there has to be an estate (entity) to charge. They charge your estate, which is is insured by your social security, which is a credit card by law (15 USC 1602i). So you’re unknowingly extending your credit, and being held as collateral. Thats security fraud, on top of that, there has to be legal and lawful harm for someone to be charged, but these things are hidden and overlooked, the bullshit is deemed as standard “procedure” today, and we know anyone who goes against the grain is instantly demonized. Open your mind, realize there is a public and private. Private cause of action can’t be expressed in the public, and anything expressed in the public that’s seen as hazardous to the masses (people waking up to the bs) they shut Court down quick. Most of these cases end up looking good in the public eye, but dismissed In private….
