Have you ever seen the clip of that one judge who liked the Sov Cit's stupid "I'm the representative of and the individual but not the person" crap And the judge played along and just pwnd the Sov Cit by saying something like, "well the representative, individual and person have been remitted to custody. If you happen to see the person, tell him he's not getting out of jail either" And the sov cit got all discombobulated, asking about exactly what bond was set and when the judge asked if defendant was asking as the representative, the individual or the person, the sov cit abandoned script and accused the judge of trying to confuse the defendant..by using his own words against him...it was priceless|

Did about 5 min searching without middle name in michigan and....Hmmm...coincidence or not (u be the judge) BUT in 2018 there was a suit filed by a pro se plaintiff named James Tyers vs GM Credit that the Michigan appeals court called a “ one-sentence Complaint alleges that: "Continual violations of the Fair Credit Act causing [sic] continual credit & financial damage to myself" in their dismissal of the suit due to plaintiff not responding to defendants motion to dismiss as well as the lack of substance / specific allegations. Google also turned up an article (with a pic) referring to some dispute over refunds for deposits made on a soccer trip. Sounds like the coach played soccer in England and Australia as a youngling before moving to the states for the last 20 years... if the pic is the same guy (again, u be the judge here), explains the accent and pretty much a slam dunk on the judge’s deductive reasoning... Interestingly enough, IF this is the same guy, for dealing with this case related to his job sounds like he didn’t mind hiring a real attorney 😂😂😂 Will post links to both in a reply to this, utube won’t let me post em without deleting this whole thread. It really pisses me off that every time I see someone accused of assaulting or resisting a LEO the prosecutors always dismiss or plead that down to nothing. If I was a LEO it would begin to make me question why I was bothering putting my life and health on the line trying to take these violent resisting people into custody. Just let them go if they don’t agree with being arrested, right? Why should I risk getting permanently injured grappling with them. No one’s going to back me up in court and make them pay for that behavior. Literally every time!
